# How to add music to Shopify

### Quick Answer

The short answer is you can upload audio files to your Shopify store using the Files feature within your Shopify Admin, *however without coding your own audio player there is no easy way* to place or play back the audio on your storefront.

### File Requirements

In order to upload to Shopify your audio must be in one of the following audio formats:

* .MP3&#x20;
* .WAV&#x20;
* .AAC&#x20;
* .OGG&#x20;
* .M4A

Also audio files must be under or at 20 MB in size.
